Derived from this background, the design idea of our proposal is based on the business philosophy of Blue Bird Group itself. Blue Bird Group based its business on the principles of synergy and innovation. Synergy in relation between difference parties and elements is translated as a performative design tool of a mobius organization. This continuous band blends differences in a continuous flow. This organization is incorporated as a continuous flow of public from the plaza and the “private” function of the building itself. This loop organization is “infected” to the “stretched” ground surface. The “voids” resulted from this flow become gives way for the continuous public flow blends to the twisted lobby and the auditorium. This performative strategy also reflects the innovation of the company, as the design process open way for the new space.
The gesture resulted from the elevated surface also resemble the blue “bird” as the identity of the group. The auditorium is intended to be contextual to the university environment. The brick façade has become a long time identity of the university complex. But, the brick is not merely used as it is used to be, but is incorporated in innovative way. The weaving brick façade presents a tactile quality of the façade and also represent individual scale of the students as they blended in a continuous interaction
