This town house development at southern Jakarta is designed as series of compact yet luxury homes. The units are designed to enhance the tropical ambiance in these urban living space. Natural materials such as wooden panels are combined with natural stone.
The privacy of each units are reflected in the building mass, which is presented as individual mass despite all of them are attached.
